Natalie Crowley
Resident Prosthetist/Orthotist
Natalie Crowley is a resident prosthetist/orthotist who received her Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Hartford. After a serious ankle injury and motor vehicle accident, she sought a career change from veterinary medicine to healthcare. Natalie was drawn to the creativity and innovation of patient care possible within the O&P field. Through her own recovery, she began to understand just how important mobility and independence are not only in regard to one’s physical health but also emotional and mental health. Natalie strives to provide individualized and empathetic care in the evaluation and treatment of all her patients, fabricating custom prosthetic and orthotic devices that best support her patients’ goals and lifestyle needs.
She is bilingual and received her Spanish for Health Care and Human Services Certificate in 2021. She is passionate about supporting the Spanish-speaking community in New Jersey and ensuring her patients feel comfortable communicating their O&P needs in their native language.
Natalie is also an avid patient advocate and has spent the last two years working closely with the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA) at their annual Policy Forum in Washington D.C., advocating for patient-centered legislation.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as traveling. She is also passionate about volunteering with a local equine therapy non-profit that offers therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults with varying physical and cognitive challenges.
